活動報告12−病院見学とブリーフィングー
【活動報告】
2週間分をまとめて、、 先々週は新隊次へのブリーフィングのために首都へ南下したので、それにあわせ、首都の中央病院で働く同期隊員アテンドのもと、給食管理状況を見学してきました。
給食の主食は主に、メイズの粥、米、シマで、写真は300人分越え？のシマを調理する様子です。
給食専用のエレベーターがあったことには驚き
こんな感じで所定の場所に配膳車が止まり、そこで各患者に食事をよそう、学校給食のような感じで配膳されます。

日本では通常献立表が作成され、それに基づいて給食が提供されますが、スーパーバイザー曰く金がないから給食はそのとき手に入れられる食材を使って調理しているとのこと。一応献立表は7日サイクルで作成はされてますが、こうした背景から全く機能していませんでした。
話は変わり、クッキングデモ（野菜入りホットケーキ）を配属先では実施していますが、参加者から 『ホットケーキ家で作ったら子供（最後の写真）がバクバク食べたわよ』
と嬉しい声も聞けたので、何事もやってみる価値はあるなーと、改めて感じるとともに、配属先を越えてやって見る価値も十分あると感じました。
ちなみに先週は遂に我が任地に同期隊員のお客様が訪問してくれました！
僻地ではあるけど、案外快適な生活環境に少々驚かれつつ、できる限りのおもてなし（とんかつwithオタフクソース、カツとじ）でお腹いっぱいになってもらいながら、南部へ帰還されました。
今週は一応妊婦の病室に蚊帳を付ける予定だけども、果たして必要な備品をちゃんと準備してくれてるだろうか、、、
【Activity Report】
I went to capital city to participate breafing for new JICA volunteer.While I'm at it, I visited central hospital in capital city to understand hospital meal systems.
This attached video means that stuff is cooking nsima for about 300 patients. Normally, Nutritionist makes foods table before cooking, but superviser said
We don't have enough money to cook meals, so we use limited foods that they can buy .
This hospital has food table, but it means food table doesn't work.
In my health center, I have done cooking demonstration（pancake with vegetables） for mothers since this month. One mother said me
My baby ate a lot of that pancake!
When I heard it, I guessed this cooking demonstration has some worth for mothers and child, and I thought it has worth to be done not only my health center but also other place.
By the way, my friend visited to my house. There is very countryside, but he got surprised just a little that there is reltively comfortable.
Next week, I will put mosquito net in maternity bed room. I hope coworkers prepares materials ...
